PUR热熔胶机(简称：PUR热胶机)
设备：是一种可将固态的PUR热熔胶熔化，并通过加压装置将熔化后变为液态的胶输送到胶涂布装置对基材实行涂布。集精确温度控制功能﹑流体加压输送功能和挤出涂布功能于一体的机电设备。另具备自动控制及自动跟踪生产线速度的功能。
主机：具备加热保温，熔化胶液，输出胶液，控制胶液压力，初级过滤等功能.主机温度应控制在比胶液熔点温度高5-10度，使之具有一定的流动性，使压力控制更为准确。
喉管：具备加热保温，导流胶液的作用，将液态热熔胶由主机输出至枪座模块的功能，温度保持在稍**胶液熔点温度即可。
枪座：具备加热保温，二级过滤.并将胶液输送至枪体.并视需要，加热压缩空气的功能.可视喷胶效果适当提高温度。使胶液流动性更好。
枪体：具备打开及关闭胶液的功能，并按需求配套各种喷嘴及刮嘴，以满足用户的需求，有螺旋喷枪，涂布刮枪，纤维喷枪，Z字型喷枪，点状枪等等。
自动补偿控制系统：具备输出信号控制电磁阀，由电磁阀控制的压缩空气带动枪体的工作来控制胶液的打开及关闭。并输出0-10V 直流电压控制变频器带动马达转动。输出电压与被被测生产线速度成正比。可在线调整胶位、断胶长度及跟踪电压。检测生产线速度的装置有接近开关，旋转编码器等。

  PUR热熔胶主要成分端异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚体，PUR的粘接性和韧性(弹性)可调节，并有着优异的粘接强度、耐温性，耐化学腐蚀性和耐老化性。
